Mammoth Lakes

Elopement & Intimate wedding

GUIDE

Your Elopement Isn’t Just About the Photos

Wait, did I just say that? YES, and I mean it.

Your day should be about you - your love, your adventure, and your unforgettable experience in Yosemite. Sure, you’ll get stunning images that capture every moment (and you’ve inquired with the right photographer for the dreamiest photos!), but my focus is on creating an experience where you can truly feel the magic of your day and enjoy Yosemite National Park to the fullest.

When you let go of chasing “perfect,” that’s when the magic happens. It’s in the wind playing with your veil, the laughter echoing through the pine trees, and the quiet moments when it’s just the two of you and the mountains. That’s what I’m here to document: the real, the raw, and your love.

I’m so happy you’re here.

Hi!! I’m Priscilla! I’m a mountain-raised photographer with a lifelong love for hiking and exploring the Sierra Nevada Mountains. From the iconic landscapes of Yosemite National Park to the alpine lakes, rugged peaks, and wide-open views of Mammoth Lakes, this whole region has shaped so much of who I am today!

While I’ve been fortunate enough to photograph weddings and elopements in breathtaking destinations like Paris, Iceland, Canada, and Hawaii, the Sierra Nevada will always feel like home. It’s where I made some of my favorite childhood memories, adventurous hikes, and now share those same experiences with my own family and babies!

Photography is more than a career to me, it’s a passion and a privilege! I’m so incredibly grateful to document meaningful celebrations while connecting with couples who trust me with their stories. But enough about me! I can’t wait to get to know you, help you plan an unforgettable experience, and capture your love story among the mountains!

Why does mountain experience matter?

Planning a wedding in the Sierra Nevada comes with details most couples don’t anticipate, like changing weather, seasonal road closures, permits, elevation, travel times, lighting, and backup locations.

With more than 300 weddings and elopements photographed, I bring far more than a camera. I’ll help you choose locations, build a realistic timeline, recommend trusted vendors, prepare for changing conditions, and create a day that feels effortless.

Whether you’re celebrating in Mammoth Lakes, June Lake, Yosemite, or somewhere in between, you’ll have someone who understands the mountains and knows how to turn their unpredictability into part of the adventure.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Step-by-step, here’s what to expect

wHAT’S IT LIKE TO HAVE ME AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER?

I’ll let my couples tell you

“We had the joy and pleasure of having Priscilla be our photographer for our wedding, and it was absolutely worth it!!! She’s extremely responsive, very detail oriented, extremely organized and makes the process easy to understand, seamless and easy for the couple. She was able to coordinate with our videographer to capture specific moments that I had requested for, first look with my dad and my son, I was so nervous for both that I couldn’t remember their faces until I received the pictures and I literally felt the tears rolling down my face. I didn’t even remember the look on my now husband’s face, but she captured every single moment and was able to take me back to that day, the exact moment of him seeing me come down through the woods.

She’s a sweetheart and will make you feel comfortable and truly capture all those moments of your wedding that will literally go by in a flash. She’ll understand what’s important to you and her work will completely take you back to your day and take you on a rollercoaster of emotions, from laughter to tears to amazement because you didn’t realize she even captured that one moment. I mean seriously I don’t know how I can pick my favorites; I want them all but don’t have enough wall space!!!!!!!!

Priscilla, thank you so much for agreeing to photograph our wedding and capturing all the moments you did. The pictures are absolutely beautiful, you’re so talented with the camera and great to work with. I’ll reach out to you for family pictures… and, even our vow renewal!"

“Priscilla is truly the best. she is so professional, kind, and helpful! I had the opportunity of having her capture my elopement and i am in love with every single photos and just the entire experience. She comes with a plan and goes above and beyond for you. She doesn’t stop at the photos..she celebrates you, will calm your nerves, bustle your dress, give any extra assistance she can. Even through the planning process, she sent us a whole vendor recommendation list, sat on the phone with me for hours assisting me on planning, made me feel so calm, excited and it felt like I've known her for a lifetime from the first phone call. She is hands down the best! I recommend her to everyone. Her photos are beautiful and the experience was more than what we could’ve asked for. I can’t wait to have future life celebrations so she can be apart of those experiences as well! I am so grateful for her help and the experience we got with booking her"

2 Half Days

What does this mean?

Splitting your elopement coverage into two half days (up to 12 hours total) means you get the flexibility to create the adventure of your dreams without feeling rushed. As a local photographer, I’m here to make your experience seamless, and splitting your coverage is one of the perks of working with me! You can break it into two 6-hour blocks (or whatever works for you!) - one block the morning of and one the next day (or even two days later!).

Why Split Your Coverage?

More Flexibility: Whether it’s a sunrise ceremony and sunset portraits or covering many iconic locations like Cathedral Lakes, Tenaya Lake, Glacier Point, Taft Point and Yosemite Valley or .. even Half Dome!

Built-In Rest: Let’s face it.. adventuring in Yosemite is amazing, but it’s also exhausting (especially if we’re hiking). Splitting your coverage means you can recharge and fully enjoy every moment without feeling rushed.

How Does This Work?

Sunrise and Sunset: Start your day with a sunrise ceremony at Glacier Point. Then, rest and recharge before meeting up the next evening for sunset portraits at Taft Point!

Location Distance: Want to explore both Cathedral Lakes and Yosemite Valley? Or Tenaya Lake and Sentinel Dome? Splitting the days gives us time to fully explore locations we can’t get to in just 1 day.

By choosing two half days, you’re not just investing in photography - you’re investing in a relaxed, personalized adventure that tells the full story of your elopement and I’m to make sure it’s absolutely epic!
