I’m so glad you’re here!

Hi! I’m California photographer, Priscilla Banuelos, and for the past 10 years, I’ve had the joy of capturing a wide range of beautiful moments from love stories and senior sessions to births and proposals. Photography is more than just my profession; it’s my passion. When I’m not behind the camera or editing photos, you’ll likely find me singing a Disney song with my daughter Penelope or watching “Luca” for the tenth time while enjoying a large Hawaiian pizza (Yes, I’m a firm believer that pineapples belong on pizza!).

I’ve always had a deep-seated wanderlust, so when clients are up for a road trip to capture some amazing photos, I’m absolutely thrilled. My photography journey has taken me across the globe, from the romantic streets of Paris to the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland, capturing love stories in some of the world’s most beautiful locations. However, my heart truly belongs to Yosemite National Park.

Growing up just 20 minutes from Yosemite’s South Entrance, I’ve been exploring its pine-scented paths since I was 5 years old. Now, as a mom to a vibrant 6-year-old who shares my love for nature, we spend our days hiking and discovering new trails together. Over the past two decades, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge about Yosemite, including all its hidden gems and secret spots. This intimate familiarity with the park allows me to offer my clients a unique and personalized experience.

California Photographer FAQ

  • Unfortunately, I do not offer session under 1 hour. I want to be able to offer you the best possible experience and I can not do so in under 1 hour.

  • My turnaround time is currently 8-12 weeks for weddings and 3-4 weeks for sessions!

    I do try my best to send out a chunk of sneak peeks after the session or wedding! :-)

  • Yes, yes yes! I'm here for you! I can give you recommendations on where to stay, where to eat, where to buy hiking shoes, rock climbing gear, the best ice cream in The Valley and hikes to go on! I send all my clients a yosemite guide upon booking that will guide you with tips and recommendations (I also share some of my secret spots on here too!)

  • Of course! However, you do need to keep your fur baby on a leash within Yosemite National Park :)
